How it works?
Very straight forward and simple. No check-in & checkout. No tons of buttons clicking and verification. Just sent us your shopping list and we will take care of the rest for you.

We provide you the most affordable products and shipping services to suit your needs.

4 steps to shopNship4u.
Step 1 : Provide us your shopping list.

Step 2 : You receive an Order Number from us. Please keep this Order Number for any future communications with us.

Step 3 : You receive a rate quotation from us (within 2 working days).

Step 4 : You verify, confirm and agree the rate quotation and issue payment (within 3 working days). Please email/fax the payment details to us.

Note: You will be notified on statuses from shopping, shipping to delivery of your order.

Ordering
Currently there are only 4 ways to place your shopping list:
A : Via online order form - Go to PLACE AN ORDER

B : Via e-mail - Download my shopping list (excel format), fill in the details and sent it to order@shopnship4u.com

C : By Fax - Download my shopping list, fill in the details and fax it to 60x - xxx xxxx.

D : By Phone - Call us at 6012 - 279 9887.

Rates
We charge 5% (min MYR25) the total value of the items we shop for a customer. Do not worry as we do not overcharge you be it on the product and/or shipping cost like any others similar services.

Shopping will only be initiated when you agree on the rate quotation (shopping and shipping cost) we sent you. In other words you are in total control of your shopping and shipping costs.

Payment
Currently, we do not have a secure online payment facility. Such a facility is under development and will be added to the site in the near future. Until this time, you can choose the following payment method that suited you most:

From Malaysia
- Cash Payment/Cheque Payment (Counter/ATM/Cash or Cheque Deposit Machine)
- Internet Banking (Maybank2u/Interbank fund Transfer (GIRO)

From Overseas
- TT Transfer
For account details and such, please contact us at 6012 - 279 9887 or order@shopNship4u.com (quoting your order number in the email subject).

Terms and Conditions
Minimum of 2 working days is required to prepare the quotation for your orders.

3 working days is required to shop and ship your orders.

Deliveries to Postal Boxes (P.O. Box) will not be entertained.

If any of the products you ordered is out of stock, shopNship4u will inform you within 48 hours. You may choose to have the other products delivered first or exchanged with other products. Quotation will be revised accordingly.

shopNship4u will not be liable or responsible for loss, damage or delay incurred to your shipment due to unforeseen circumstances.

shopNship4u do not provide insurance coverage of any kind.

shopNship4u will not be liable for, nor shall any adjustment, refund or credit of any kind be made as a result of any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, non-delivery, or misinformation. However, shopNship4u may facilitate you to file a report to the respective courier company.

In the event the shipment(s) requires additional duties charges and taxes imposed by the courier company and/or your local authority, shopNship4u will notify you.

shopNship4u also impose surcharges in the event shopNship4u advances such duties and taxes, on behalf of our customer(s).

For any re-routing from the original stated delivery address, shopNship4u will notify you of any charges imposed by the courier company.

All shipments sent are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the courier service company.
